Josh is super helpful. My car broke down while I was driving through town. He diagnosed the issue and, because it wasn’t worth fixing, helped me load it on a trailer to tow home. He didn’t even let me pay him for his time.

We were passing through Rawlins on the way to Seattle from Texas. We stayed the night in a nearby hotel. The next morning we started our truck and got the dreaded "Wrench" on the screen!!! We contacted Josh and fortunately they were open at 7:30am! Our truck was able to limp into his garage where he quickly diagnosed the problem, got the part ordered from a parts store, and repaired the vehicle. He had us out the door in 1 1/2 hours with a very fair price! We had no more issues with our vehicle!! Thank you Josh!!

Recent;ly we limped into Rawlins at night with a broken alternator. The first thing the next morning it was our lucky day to call Josh, owner of Higgins Auto and Repair. Fortunately Josh had an opening in his schedule. He kindly came over and jumped our car (did not even charge us for this!) and we drove to his shop on Spruce Street. He went to work and 1.5 hours later we were ready to hit the road. He was friendly and competent, and charged a very, very fair price. What a great experience -- rating a 10 of 10 for us! If I could, I would give 10/5 for Josh’s customer service and overall care for my car and to me. I was stuck in a sticky situation when headed to a vacation weekend with family. My car started acting up going across WY, had to get it towed in to Higgins Auto late at night. Josh was so responsive when answering my questions and putting my anxious mind to ease. even when I couldn’t pick up my (broken down) car right away he was understanding and helpful. He gave me his honest opinions, was cost-conscious, and empathized with the car problems I was facing. By far my best automotive experience.. coming from a young lady who usually gets inflated estimates and recommendations for auto care!! — Thank you Josh, you made my car issues bearable.
