Not pleased at all with the level of service I am receiving from Hicks. I started a new job and went to move my retirement money to my new company. They say that a check was cut 34 days ago and I still don’t have it. I have to initiate all communication as my rep has no foresight to respond with updates even after I have been told that she has asked for them. Today alone I have sent 4 emails and now she just won’t respond. I’m getting more help from my previous employer than with Hicks. There’s so much more I would like to say but if I do I’d probably get in trouble.

Just save your sanity and steer clear if you can.

UPDATE: If I’m a big enough man to write a bad review, then I must be able to admit when I’m wrong.

My since apologies to this Hicks Pension Services. I reviewed the wrong company never thinking there would be two companies with the same name in the same general area, (geographically speaking).
