We went have been with Hicks Insurance for over 3 years now and could not ask for better customer service. Jacob went above and beyond to help up get the best rates he could possibly find. Since we do not live in Calera, Jacob made it such a simple and smooth transition by having everything complete electronically. The whole set up process was completed in less than 1 hour! Anytime we have a question or need something, day or night, They are there for us and are happy to help any way they can! We cannot recommend them enough!

Hicks has always treated me right, and other family members that use them have said the same. Jacob is particularly helpful at finding the policy that best works for you in a timely manner, and is friendly as well. Will continue to use them for all foreseeable future.

I went to hicks insurance to put my son who was a new driver. After a couple months of no tickets or accidents I wanted to add him to my Alfa insurance policy. I called Hicks to cancel the policy. I asked would there be a charge for cancelling because I would keep it it there was, and was told no. I also asked if I needed to come in and sign to cancel it and was also told no that the policy would cancel on its own. I received a bill in the mail for $71.38 saying I owed for the remainder of the policy. I called the Mr. Hicks and he claimed he never told me any of that mentioned above. He is rude and I would never recommend using this guy! If he would have told me I would still have to pay for "early cancellation" I would have just finished the policy out. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Miss Blythe made the rabbit hole of auto insurance easy to understand and has been extremely patient with me every time we’ve spoken. Also a really nice lady. Anyways if you aren’t with hicks you should definitely considering switching insurance providers
