I had a very disappointing experience with this accounting firm. They seem more focused on charging excessive fees than providing fair and transparent service. I requested a simple resend of my 2023 tax documents via email, and they wanted to charge me $50 for it. I was shocked to hear this. They claim the email was sent, but if I wanted it resent, there would still be a charge.

Previously, I was quoted $500 for two quarters of amended sales tax filing, which I had completed elsewhere for just $60. The massive price difference is unreasonable and highlights how this firm takes advantage of its customers.

Their lack of fairness and customer care is deeply frustrating. Thankfully, I’ve since found a new accountant who is far more professional, transparent, and affordable. I cannot recommend this firm to anyone looking for reasonable or customer-focused service.

This is company is excellent. They take great care of me and my business. Randy and Donna are great but Denise, she is excellent! Very thorough and extremely friendly. Responsive and professional. I highly recommend to any small business looking for real value that they can add to their accounting concerns, this is the place to go!
