Jeff, Leonard and his team have been preparing my personal and business taxes for over 10 years now. They have always been super friendly, knowledgeable and extremally helpful. Never any hassles, they always take my calls and answer any questions or concerns I have. I cannot convey how much I appreciate all that Jeff and his team have done for me over the years. I have recommended them to all my friends and business associates over the years.

I have been going to Heights Financial Services for about 3 years to get my taxes done and it has been the best thing for me! When I started my own business I had no clue how to file my taxes on my own and many people recommended I go to Heights Financial Services and I am so glad that I did. They explained everything to me about my return and helped me in every way possible. My whole family has started going to them and I recommend them to everyone I know as well! If you are looking for a tax accountant that has over 20 years of experience this is where to go!

If you value your time, money, & sanity, go somewhere where the staff is competent and values your business. I experienced very, very poor professionalism. Had to follow up frequently, and hardly, if ever, received any call backs to my messages. At one point no progress was made until *I* called to check on the status! At the very least they waived their fees, but I never will do business here again.

My husband and I have been getting our small business taxes prepared by Leonard, Jeff and team for nearly a decade now based on recommendations from family members who have had their taxes prepared by the company's founder Leonard since the 80's. Jeff has always been extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Their newest team member, Reygan, is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Not only is she competent and professional, she maintains professionalism even in the most hectic circumstances, which truly blows me away! I sincerely appreciate all that this team has done for us through the years, and would whole-heartedly recommend them to other small businesses or those those who don't want the hassles associated with doing your own taxes.

I went to Jeff and Heights Financial a few years after doing my taxes most of my life. They were professional and handled everything nicely for the first year. However, every year they filed my tax returns, I received notices from the IRS stating I had under reporting (2017, 2018 and 2019). I would forward every notice to Jeff and team for resolution and they would promise me they would handle it and that the mistake was with the IRS. Today (2021), I still have outstanding balances due and just received more notices threatening to seize my property. I have sent emails, called and even went by their office (door locked) with no response. I am done working with Jeff and the team as they continue to produce incomplete tax filings resulting in IRS notices and aren't revolving the issues from their own filings - ultimately negatively impact me.
One of the worst experiences and terrible service. Truly disappointed in the lack of professional from this firm.

I have been working with Jeff ro prepare my personal/business taxes for several years. The service is always on time and very efficient. His advice on how to handle planned expenditures has also been on target. I recommend HFS and plan to continue to work with Jeff in the future.
