My wife and I met Brian a few years ago when we both went on Medicare and needed a good Advantage plan to pair with it. Brian was the only agent who came to our house, and was extremely helpful in helping us choose which plan to go with. Fast forward a few years, and we were thinking about changing to a new plan because of drug costs going up on our current plan. After doing some research, I wasn't sure what to do, then the phone rang, and it was Brian calling. He had looked at our plan, saw the same problems we did, and had some suggestions for us. With Brian's help, we made a smart decision, and moved to a new plan that helps greatly. GREAT service!
I would easily recommend Brian to anyone needing this kind of service.

Caution- Brian neglected to inform me that anyone that signs up for health insurance with him through Blue Cross and Blue Shield that it will automatically default everyone to lake county health insurance group. I went to my doctors appointment in McHenry county and they did not accept the health insurance he helped me sign up for. He had informed me that I need to contact Blue Cross and Blue Shield and have it switched which I did. The whole point of me having him help me was to make sure everything was correct. Unfortunately this is something he will forget to tell you and you won't find out until you go to your doctors appointment and they tell you it's wrong. After spending over an hour on the phone with Blue Cross and Blue Shield to make the change I let them know that my insurance agent told me that their website automatically defaults everyone to Lake County group and they said that's not true. I'm not sure who to believe. Maybe it does default everyone to lake county group- if it does this is important information he should let his clients be aware of so they can make the change ASAP before their doctors appt.
