I cannot say how much of a help Anna was to me! She guided me through my application to the marketplace and helped me with all my questions. HalSi Insurance is the best!! Sima and her staff have always been extremely professional and knowledgeable and kind, standing in the gap again and again when we've had issues between employees and medical providers and the insurance company. She and her team keep us informed in this ever-changing environment of insurance, especially with the changes in health insurance over the past few years, and I just can't imagine wading through it all without an expert to help us to get it right. I have been using Halsi Insurance for my business for the past 20 years and Sima and her staff are wonderful. If you have any issues , problems or questions about any of your insurance they are ALWAYS their to help. Sima makes an appointment every year to reveiw my policies to make sure I am getting the best rates and I am up to date. I recently had to change health insurance companies due to the fact that Health Net stopped insuring small businesses. I had to change in the middle of the year. Not only did Sima find me a new insurance company, she let me know to document what I had spent out of pocket with Health Net and if I met my new deductible I could get a refund from the new insurance company. Needless to say as a direct result of dealing with Sima I received a refund check for $ 2,332.85 . The customer service at Halsi insurance is simply THE BEST ! Thanks Sima and your entire staff.
