My family and I started working with Halbert Hargrove (HH) towards the end of 2020. Our experience with HH at that time was good; however, it was clear that, over the years that transpired, the company and financial advisor was not as responsive in giving us the attention we deserved. We would not recommend this firm for your financial planning or investment recommendation needs.

The overall service level was subpar. It was extremely difficult to get in touch with our financial advisor, even for urgent matters. We were told that he was consistently in "meetings" and was therefore unavailable. It was evident that he was not even able to simply and briefly step away to take our quick call.

I would strongly suggest NOT working with HH, especially if customer service is on the top of your mind (among other factors).
