Never going back to them again.
Didn't receive loss and run to renew my truck insurance.
They used to hold the customer until your insurance expires and giving you a high quote.
They will ve very nice at the time when you will get the insurance.
After that if you ever need any assistance They won't pick up your phone and will say oh don't call us we reply by mail only.

The worst service, inexperienced staff, I need insurance for my company and they told me don’t worry they will get insurance for my company around $16000 and when two days remaining in my insurance expire they give me a quote for $32000 for year. Ten days ago before my insurance expire I ask Shilpi can I go to other insurance agency for quote and she told me no don’t worry, she will insured my company. So please be aware of this insurance agency

They think they are smart enough to fool people
Who are new in the buisness .they will always give renewal qoutes a day before when policy Expires,coz they dont wanna lose the customers. the owner will always send expired loss runs.LOCALS KNOW ABOUT THEIR WORST SERVICES VERY WELL.
