I have dealt with a lot of insurance agents, and insurance companies. The agent I was attempting to work with was Craig Mount. This has been the absolute worse experience possible.

Lack of communication, then apologized for his lack of due diligence, and communication. Stated he would call back after speaking to underwriting. Of course never did. Then when I call next day, no answer I call the main line and when they reach him he has an attitude. Are you kidding me? I do not recommend. Go with another agency, don't walk...RUN!
