Thank you to Grandview for helping me throughout the whole process. My car loan was handled professionally and with care—I appreciate THEM for taking MY business (since I am the one who needs them—not vice versa). I was walked through the whole process and dealt with reasonable people over the phone every time I called.

I am grateful that a company was willing to help me in my situation. We are in the spot we are because of our own actions, anybody who is writing bad reviews thinks the world owes them something for doing nothing. If you’re responsible enough to MAKE A PAYMENT you wont have any problems with them or otherwise. They don't “harass” you for any reason and are actually more “fair” than any other finance company I’ve dealt with.

I don't recommend this place to anyone!! First of all I bought a car from them it was full of water spots and the passenger seat didn't work and the tire light was on and it needed new sensors in the tires. I do plan on having someone check to see if the odometer has been set back to have lower miles because it only had 62,000 miles and the waterpump took a shit! Now we all know a waterpump doesn't go out on a car with low miles if infact they are correct!! But like I said we will find out!!

¡WARNING! Please do not conduct business here. As a first time car financier, I was truly left in shock with the way they function their business. They are a scam… I was approved for a loan with them through Car City Glendale Used Car Dealership. NO ONE, not the dealership nor them, explained to me how a finance on a car loan works. I was ripped off with a high APR interest and basically paying an interest every month, without any money going on to the car loan itself. This was an old vehicle with very high miles. It’s a fraud and scam company. They will take all of your money, I gave them almost $15k CASH, as a down on the car and my monthly payment still came out to almost $1,200. A MONTH I WAS PAYING THAT. Both GrandView Financial and Car City Glendale are rip offs. Also, they are owned by the same person.

They were great to me come invite shifty credit UT I had a good down-payment and they were left to put me in a 2012 Cadillac escaladethey helped me outta make sure I could leave in thetruck I wanted of a looking for another trucking I plan ongoing back to them. At this time I have no problems with Grandview Financial. They financed me to be able to get the car I wanted. My payments are very low and I am grateful for that. I have a side hustle to be able to make my note and at this time I am 4 months ahead of my payments. My car will be paid off in no time. Thank you Grandview Financial.

Terrible customer service. The staff needs training. I asked for the manager or owner and I got more attitude and I got hung up on. Thankfully I no longer have a car loan with them!
