I work with Natanella Zafrani for over 2 years now since I have started my construction company. Many insurances are involved with this type of industry and Nati made it SO MUCH EASIER to deal with and to understand what exactly is needed and when. Every time we receive mail we ask her to advice on what to do and within minutes she’s replying back with the best attitude and answers all of our questions. I keep having issues with the insurance companies that my agents set me up with. Either the payment does not get there on time and my policy gets cancelled or the insurance cancels my policy for some other reason. Each time I have an issue, Giselle and Nina are there to fix the issues I have. I have two home owners policies that Grand Mutual have brokered -- one for an SFR and one for a multi-family property. Giselle and Nina are there to get me the right policy and to ensure that they are always up to date. I highly recommend Grand Mutual Insurance, Inc.
