Our experience with Mariana has been nothing short from the best! We called her in a time when we wanted to switch our homeowner’s insurance to make sure we were properly covered, as we had just built an ADU on our property. She understood our needs as business owners, and was available at any time we needed her!
A friend of ours recommended us to her, and from the moment she received our first phone call, she got back to us quickly. She is a professional in her field of insurance, and she was there to help us in our unique case. I tell her, “to me, you’re like the State Farm agent that’s there when you need them, but in real life!”
She gave us a quote within a couple days of us reaching out and sending her our current policy, and made sure the coverage she was offering could beat our coverage at the time.
She knows what she’s talking about, she breaks down insurance coverages to simple and easy terms to understand.
She was honest to let us know which coverages our previous policy covered more, and she explained to us how our supplemental coverage ended up beating the overall coverage.
