Greg has done a phenomenal job as my insurance agent since we bought our home in 2021. Greg goes the extra mile and looks out for his customers. When my current home and auto insurance company rates jumped quite a bit higher over the course of a year he pivoted us towards another insurance company which was just as good if not better, that had lower rates and offered more. He's is also a very personal and hard working guy, looking out for your best interests. If you're looking for an insurance agent, Greg is your guy!

I've been using Greg for all my insurance needs for 3 years now. Greg works really hard to establish trust and has given us the best plans for our families needs. Recently, my premiums went up with one carrier. Greg worked and worked to get my rates as low as possible with another carrier without any negative impact to my coverage. I highly recommend Greg if you're looking for a neutral party to help find you the best coverage for your needs, as he's a person that has shown me time and time again that he's there to put our families needs first.

Well, I almost never post reviews like this but this one was so disappointing. I used to work with a great Goosehead agent who sold his agency. I found the new owner (listed here) and reached out to him about renewals. His initial couple of responses were good and timely. After that this agent went dark. I sent 5 emails, 3 text messages and 1 voice mail. ALL went unanswered. Even if an agent can’t find a policy that works, the common courtesy is respond. Any response would have sufficed. Even if you are swamped, a text or email response takes mere seconds. Anyway, I worked it out myself but this was a really bad experience. 2 stars for initial response. Zero for anything after.
