Our agent has never replied to one email, and I've sent plenty. They promised all kinds of great prices and gave us great quotes, but once we switched, there were all kinds of changes that made the premiums go up. It's a huge headache to get anyone on the phone to answer questions. I wish I'd never switched.

Not a proactive agent and agency. My prior agent in AZ was always on the lookout for better rates and would keep me updated several times a year. This agent, you have to chase them down, ask them to look and they don’t seem to try hard to get better rates. When I retire, that’s the first thing I’m going to look into changing, agency/agent.

I tried to reach out to my agent, I left calls and emails and never reached back. My home insurance doubled in the past year and I was looking to reshop and didn’t receive any help. I have called customer service and they just gave me the number to the agent and that’s all they could do. I do not recommend!
