I highly recommend Alexander Jarvis for any help you may need with applying for CoveredCA! He made the process so easy for me and answered any questions that I had as well. A few weeks ago, I started looking for medical coverage as my Cobra coverage was soon to expire. I went online looking for an insurance agent. There are many. I picked one, I made a phone call. Within the next 48 hours, I had over 100 calls and hang-ups that went straight to the silent and spam folder. Nightmarish at best. This was not going to work. I then went to the Covered California website, and their application process was even worse than that of buying a house. That was not going to work either. After a bit more research, I found Dennis with Goodacre Insurance Services. The website was simple, and the reviews were outstanding. I wrote Dennis an email, he answered promptly. We made an appointment to have a phone call. We spoke. He answered my questions and helped me decide what best plan to take. Over the next couple of weeks, I still had a few questions, which Dennis once again answered promptly. I went to his site and filled out the application, which, by comparison to the cover, was a walk in the park. My entire experience with Dennis and Goodacre Insurance services was flawless. Going anywhere else is pointless.

Updating my review since Dennis has helped me once again deal with Covered CA options. He remains exceptionally helpful and responsive even under tight deadlines! I continue to be a big fan of his company and service and encourage anyone with healthcare insurance needs to contact him! (Previous review): For the past 2 years, Dennis at Goodacre Insurance services has helped me sort the best medical coverage options for me and my family. He has been extremely responsive and helpful especially given some of the challenges of my particular situation. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to navigate the complicated world of health insurance!
