Paid $500 to register my truck with Faith and Moe. For 1 year and a half she kept saying she can get it done and blah blah blah. Long story short this place is trash DO NOT COME HERE! They are pathetic unethical people who take your money and at the end say they can’t help you and WON’T refund your money. I found somewhere else to do my paperwork and under 3 days was done! Unfortunately I had to pay another $500 plus $300 again for smog, brake and lamp inspection. Do not trust FAITH or MOE! Please find yourself another registration service***

This place is completely horrible.
First, they don’t even tell you the total cost. Very first thing out of her mouth was my credit card, and said it 3 TIMES BEFORE EVEN ASKING WHAT I NEEDED. The proceeds to tell me for EACH DMV service was $35, let’s do the break down. Wanna charge 35 bucks to show proof of insurance, then additional 35 bucks on top of my registration cost. So for 10 MINUTES of her life she’s charging $70 dollars! If you want to get ripped off please come here.
If you want someone who is HONEST and not money hungry, go elsewhere. Pure robbery to us hard working people of America, while they’re here on a visa getting loans from our government. Way to go America! Thanks for letting these type of people rob us Americans!

I needed an out-of-state travel trailer title transferred to a California title and needed to have the VIN verified. I found Good Faith through the DMV website and gave them a call for availability. To my surprise, they were able to take me that same day within a few minutes so I headed down with my trailer.

There were some complications with the out-of-state title, but Faith said she would try and get it sorted out and to check in a few days later; I was also provided with a temporary permit so we were able to take our trailer out for the weekend. A few days later, they had a plate for me but the DMV had made an error on the registration so they needed to get that corrected and the DMV would mail me the corrected registration, but at least I now had a plate and some paperwork to get me on the road.

I received my CA title a few days later but the registration never came. I checked in with Good Faith and they asked me to come in and they'd get me settled. Sure enough, I went in and they were able to provide me with the registration and tags.

Although the process took a few days in total due to NV and CA DMV mix-ups, Good Faith took care of everything along the way without me ever having to step into a DMV or wait in lines.

The asked for $550 to transfer a car to my name. I went to the DMV and paid $15 only.
