The staff is very professional and accommodating. The waiting room is surprisingly relaxing. There's a very large TV with a sound bar near the seating area so that you can actually get into whatever movie is on while your waiting. Last time I was there, I had my kids with me. Although we were the only ones waiting and didn't have to wait long, she let my boys pick out a movie. (Netflix) These people are very thoughtful and make you feel like family.

When my husband and I first went to Golden Crown, we did not know what to expect. For as long as we have been together my mother in law was doing our taxes. When she became too busy, a family member referred to this place. We no longer live in Alameda county BUT still come here to get our taxes done.

We opened up a small business a couple years ago and Pasqual has been amazing and patient with us. Even though he's a very busy man, especially during tax season, he takes his time to get to know us and our unique situation. He breaks down our taxes and whatever new laws apply to our situation in ways that we understand.

That man is like a human encyclopedia...he just oozes out business advice and number knowledge like they are the only things that exist in life. I can see that he never stops learning and growing either. When we first started our business he said it was an interesting challenge for him because he wasn't too familiar with our industry. (e-commerce) This last time we saw him, he was able to advise us on what to do next and warn us about different sales tax laws that people in my industry need to be aware of.

If my business keeps growing and it is reaches a point to where I will need professional help in managing my finances throughout the year, I would not go to any one else for my accounting services. Pasqual and his team have been consistent and stay polished in their craft.
