Our company opened an account with Golden bank in 2021. The branch manager is very nice and helpful. Since then, we have been receiving great assistance from them. During the Pandemic period, they have helped our company to apply the Small business loan from the government. (We had been tring to approach other major bank apply the SBA loan but they were very slow reaction and almost no progress at all.) On the other hand, the Golden bank branch manager were willing to provide their experiences on this field to help us for the application from the beginning step to fulfill the whole process and confirmation. Their branch manager has been patient to guide us all the way to the end duriong the application. Give that we have numerous questions about the application, they always guide us and find the right path for us to follow. We are in deep appreciation for their kindly assistnace and help, so our company can finally accomplish the application and pass through the difficult time. I would highly recommend the Golden Bank as your best business partner because they provides better and complete service than other so-called big banks.

This is the most rascist banking branch, I have every been into. I was actually told because I’m a black C.E.O. They can’t open me an account 6-3-2022.
It’s absolutely a shame that in todays racial climate, people have such huge misappropriations. I was shattered with the branch managers rascist remarks. I called the corporate office, was given a voicemail to leave a message for a Andy Ho’ who has yet to call me back.I called to get resolution, was told several times he was in a meeting or out at lunch’….I was put on hold then hung up on…now they don’t answer my calls.
Then when I called from another number they picked up. Instantly.
We are a new Recycling corporate that wanted to open a business banking account. Simple right?!?………Im really thinking about legal matters. Hopefully you don’t deal with the level of racism I was so easily gifted upon entry. Thats all horrible horrible horrible…
