Sally was amazing!! She not only found us an amazing deal on our home and auto insurance, with better coverage for cheaper, but was with us and personable every step of the way. I have worked with other brokers in Teller county, and Sally was hands down the best and my favorite!

Not quite sure the negative feedback, this agency is great!! They took a look at my current policies and reviewed my coverages with me to help me better understand my policy. What agent does that Not many at all!! I've never had an issue where they were not open or available to answer my questions. Sally is a rockstar!!

If you have any other options for getting car insurance other than this place, take it! They are never open. It takes a miracle to catch someone there. There's at least 3 people who supposedly work there. One of the ladies there leaves in the middle of the day to go hangout with her friends because " they live in the mountains and they're lonely". They are closed on Wednesdays so they can go play BINGO at the casino all day. They're not open Monday, Wednesday or Friday and they're only open Tuesday and Thursday from 11am to 2pm. Since they're never open you can't pay your bill so your insurance gets cancelled and you have to pay a fee to get it active again. They also cancel your bill a week before it's due so again you have to pay a fee to get it active again. If you live in Cripple Creek and you do have to use this insurance company I suggest doing it all online so you don't have to deal with the hassle of trying to catch them in the office and you don't have to pay fees for your insurance being cancelled so they can make the extra money to pay for their gambling habits! I've never dealt with a more unprofessional company and I never will again.
