My mother and I came to get an oil change and after they got finished there was a problem with shifter cable. My moms car is 25 years old and we were a bit worried. No reason to worry at all.. they found the part and ordered it for us! Such amazing service! I can not thank them enough! And to top it off, they gave us a loaner car to get home! Wonderful people, wonderful service. This will be my go to place!

Service guys do what they want never informing customer plugged tire after specified patch only now I can’t get tire warranties like new tire as in I bought new two half months ago been from rector to work only then said tire was unsafe after she left in it and went flat next day and I asked why it was plugged

Being a new customer at Glen Sains in Rector Ar I asked for an oil and filter change,a new cabin filter,tires rotated and a Courtesy wash. Oil and filter change were done but service attendent stated tires were below GMC standards to be rotated and the did not have time to wash my vehicle even though i did make make an appointment. Sounded to me that service dept. was trying to sell me new tires and were too lazy or did not want to rotate tires. Same with Courtsey wash.
