I am disappointed with my recent interaction with the leasing office at Glen Loma Ranch Apartments. After leaving a voicemail a few days ago inquiring about available units, I received a call back from the leasing manager/ receptionist. Unfortunately, the conversation was far from professional. Instead of kindly informing me about the lack of current availabilities and the senior-only policy for 1 bed, 1 bath units, she responded with a rude and dismissive tone when I politely asked for clarification. I expected a more respectful and helpful approach, especially when considering a new place to call home.

Apartments are new and well maintained. The property is smoke-free. Even the parking lot and outside BBQ areas. Residents have to walk all the way to front sidewalk to smoke. Office staff is rude at times.

Management at this place is trash. There is no one in charge at this place. They never try to resolve any issues. They ignored all my written notices. I had to take this place to court to get my deposit back. After I won the case they still never gave my deposit back after the judge ordered them to give it back. DO not recommend this place at all!!

No Community Center, never any dog bags in the dogs restroom area, but wait there's more and no bike repair shop either and don't know who the Property manager is and last but not least the parking is like street parking.👎🏿

One of the worst customer service I've ever felt with. They keep telling you to submit paperwork even though they tell you they submit everything. You can tell they're overwhelmed and don't know what they're doing. The receptionist was the only one who seemed to care.
