I received a call from Glen, due to one of his insured customers that was towed due to an accident. I needed to verify insurance with him. He was VERY RUDE to me and VERY short with his answers. I was concerned so I asked him if he was having a bad day and he said “ yes I don’t understand why I am even calling you my customer gave you his insurance card” I explained to him that his customer has not even been in nor have I seen his insurance card. I also explained to him that I have to verify insurance with him personally. I apologize that he had to call me and I was about to thank when he slammed the phone in my ear! This is extremely unprofessional from one business to another. I would give him no stars if I could. I hope I did not have to talk to him again. It was like a bother to him to help one of his customers.
