Follow up took months for resolution on why my submittal for a claim was rejected. I asked for reasons why and my insurance does not have the coverage. Fine print got me rejected. But to not get my answers in an orderly and professional timeline when I've been a loyal customer since 2012 is unacceptable. I'm actively shopping around for a new provider but because they rejected my claim I'm being told by other insurance companies that I don't qualify for a new quote until the claim clears my records.
