Office personnel can get snippy and very offensive if you question something or disagree with them. No customer service skills. Eric and Gina were nice and know how to talk to people.

Working with Gina and Eric at Conley Insurance Agency is like working with family. They are friends who know me as a person, care about me as a person, and care about me as a client. It is a wonderful, safe feeling knowing that when I reach out to them I will be able to speak with a friend in the neighborhood, and not someone half-way around the world whom I have difficulty understanding and whose only familiarity with me is what they see on the computer screen and who very likely I will never speak with again. I have been with this agent for sooooo many years… trying to switch my insurance from Milewise to traditional and now they want to charge me more than 1300 every 6 months is ridiculous!!! I had traditional previously with same agent… I was paying less than 350 at the time…switched because we weren’t driving as much anymore…Got a quote from country financial insurance for less than 400 every 6 months! Highly Recommend you Shop around… I’m done with Allstate! Thank you but no thank you!!!!

I just received an advertisement from this insurance agency with a photograph of my home and red lettering saying "important notice". I don't know how most people try to get customers, but if a company has an advertisement that seems like a state or government related correspondence or a bill/ticket and I then open it to find them trying to sell me something, then I will never be a customer. Have a nice day.

This particular office is filled with employees who don't understand their own jobs. I was switching the type policy I had and NOBODY explained how payment would actually work or the actual cost of changing the policy mid month. This was a very costly mistake for me. Overall I think All State is a great insurance company but I would most definitely not give my business to this agency. Choose one that trains their employees or hires employees that truly understand the insurance business and can give the full complete truth.

When my uncle died I needed to get some information for his estate and didn't have any documentation. I was worried that there would be complicated and prolonged negotiations to get what I needed but, after two pleasant phone calls with April and Veronica, and supplying some basic information, I was not only able to get what I needed for now but was set up to be able to access info if future needs arise. Wonderful people to work with!

They take care of all of my insurance needs... I deal with a guy there named Eric very reasonable and competitive pricing for your home and Auto.. I used to be with State farm and their prices totally skyrocketed
