I am very frustrated with this agency. They increased my annual car insurance by $4500 and did not get back to me in a timely manner when I questioned it. So I shopped around and found much better pricing. I cancelled their service and a week later received a letter from collections for a ridiculous amount for the prior month of coverage.

Horrible experience, being notified my coverage is suddenly cancelled and then getting a call from someone I've never dealt with in my time with them being told it's my fault because some imaginary notice never made it to me. Not difficult to pick up a phone or type and email to let me know months before that the bill I had thought I paid never went through.
