We would like to amend this review to say that once we posted this review, the company contacted us immediately and admitted that they were not able to provide good service to small businesses and were moving away from serving as broker for small businesses altogether. They also offered to help us transition to another broker.

It would have been helpful if they had told their small clients about the change to their business, instead of ignoring us. Ultimately we found our own new broker, but in the meantime, Gaspar has given us help with the transition. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Gaspar Insurance has the WORST customer service we have ever encountered. They truly don't seem to care if their customers stay or go. They don't return calls or emails, they don't apologize when they can't provide the service you need when you need it, they can't get policies done in time and when you have a difficult insurance question they just ghost you.

I've been with Jeff and Gaspar Insurance Services for several years now and they have never let me down.

From initially handling my auto and home insurance, Jeff helped me get health coverage quickly whenever I was in between jobs-- a MAJOR help when I had a medical emergency less than a week after a prior job's insurance ran out. His team helped me navigate easily through all the insurance bills and questions, minimizing my worries and preventing my total out of pockets to be FIVE TIMES what they would have been without coverage (seriously! thanks Jeff!!!).

Gaspar has also been top notch at answering all my questions anytime, patiently and helping me feel more well informed than just talking directly to an insurance company. I've also referred Jeff and the company to a dozen family and friends (and their businesses!) and they've each been more pleasantly satisfied than the next with Gaspar's professional assistance. Gaspar Insurance have managed the insurance for my entire family and many of my friends and work colleagues for the last 15 or so years. My husband and I have all insurances through them. The customer service with our agents has always been quick and so helpful, especially as our needs have changed throughout the years and as policies can be confusing at times. Gaspar have definitely provided some competitive quotes and the organization seems to really be loved in the valley as I see them sponsoring lots of cool community and family events.
