I bought a Honda Accord 2018 Sport at 2021 with 33,000 miles. The painting of the front of the vehicle is falling and takes it to a painting and surprise workshop !!!! The front of the car is not the original. I know I can not claim because 3 years passed. The reason why I write this comment is so that when you go to buy a vehicle used in this dealer they look good that the parts of the used car that will acquire are the originals, they carry the car with their personal mechanic so that he is recorded that actually the car is in Perfect conditions and do not spend the experience that I am experiencing. I talked today the seller (I issue his name so as not to harm anyone) and explained that they do not make any case to the vehicle body, which the most important thing is to review the motor, the suspension and that the car is in driving conditions, but the cosmetic is not so important. So take your precautions and do not get carried away because the car is seen in good condition.

I went in on Friday to see if I can trade my car for something more efficient and more spacious. My sales person,Jerry mares took care of me. He helped me choose my best option and the best car. I would add 0 stars. How do I go for an oil change and NOW have a nail in my tire that they want to charge me $300 to fix Now I have to go fix my car somewhere else.

By far the worst visit I’ve had. My dad checked my car before going to my oil change and recall. They said it would take 3 hrs. They then call me about an hour later saying it’s ready but if I want to change my front tire too because it has irreparable damage from a nail with a price estimate close to $300. When I ask them to show me the nail, it’s in the most obvious place I’ve ever seen. My dad and I would have noticed it when checking beforehand.

I talked to manager, Peter, and he didn’t help much or at all. He was just quiet and not helpful. That sales person Kim who gave me the estimate I’ve worked with in the past but this visit was horrible.
