I had Gabi insurance agents who also gave me National General insurance who I will be giving one Star as well. I'm a good driver for 2 years no accidents, no tickets, no lapses in insurance always paid my policy but yet somehow each policy renewal for 2 years my rate goes up when it's supposed to go down for being a good driver and customer so I left and found better and cheaper rates.

ABSOLUTE TRASH INSURANCE!!! I purchased a new vehicle and calling in to have my insurance changed was a NIGHTMARE. Not just that but they have been charging 2 separate accounts for separate amounts and today they charged me $455 for one month when I NEVER AGREED TO THIS!! To add to insult I’ve now been on hold for 38 minutes waiting to speak to an agent. TRAAAASHHH 🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️

UPDATE: After damn near 45 minutes of waiting to speak to someone I was finally transferred to a woman who spoke actual English but was extremely rude. Kept interrupting me. Was not apologetic or helpful at all. Cancelled my entire insurance and now I am with a real insurance company: Progressive. I am seriously debating taking legal action against Experian for shady practices because they mislead me making me believe I was shopping around for the best insurance prices not signing up with their joke of an insurance company. NOT COOL.

I gave Gabi my email and phone number for insurance comparisons and the next day I got an email from a stranger about a PayPal charge of $99 with no information regarding the services rendered and a very unusual callback number. Keep in mind I do not have a PayPal account.
Gabi is selling your information to whoever wants it and scammers are at the top of the list.
I have never received an email like that in my life and one day after I give Gabi my information I receive a scamming phish; coincidence? I think not.
Believe me when I say you don’t want Gabi to have any of your personal information.
Steer clear.

To start the insurance when up drastically. I easily found multiple companies at half the monthly rate. When I went to inform them I would not be renewing the policy and I had already purchased a different policy. I quickly realized their was no email address on their website where I could contact them. So I sent messages to every email address that they had sent me messages from that even say you can contact them them by responding to it. I get no response. Then they send me an email saying I was canceled for none payment and have a lapse in coverage. In the email it even says you can respond to it if there was an error. So, I did.
I get no response. A few days later I get a notice of expiration from them. I believe they are purposefully ignoring my messages to cause me problems at the dmv. I imagine they're sending them the same letters. What else could it be when you respond to the email address they say you can about the very issue and they just ignore it. I do not recommend giving a dollar to this company. A company that operates like this shouldn't be allowed to operate at all. So if you want them to create problems for you if you decide to switch, I'm sure they'll oblige you.

Hmmmm very shady. No phone number. The 800 number takes you to Openly , but they can’t answer question. They say call the Gabi Insurance Agency. But they have no phone number. And I looked them up on Google maps. It is the Experian Company. This is very sketchy. And … I will not be participating in something like this. I’m not paying for anything, or canceling my current insurance. So we’ll see what happens next. Maybe someone will answer this … but , I think I’ve been scammed , by Experian !! Of all companies. I’m really mad that I shopped for insurance this way.

Experian/Gabi - Based on their quote I switched my Auto and Homeowners to a company they recommended and paid for a year in advance. 2 months later they billed me for additional $$ saying a discount was wrongly applied and has been removed so I owe more. NOT my fault. I spent hours trying to get help, "supervisor" of customer service didn't even make the effort to call back - just emailed saying the request was denied. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I came across the Gabi website reference on an article written for young professionals at penny hoarder. I was pessimistic but I was truly surprised when Gabi found me amazing savings of over $1500 for my annual auto insurance and that too from well reputed insurance merchants. Gabi found me the policy with similar coverages and took care of all the paperwork. It was amazing. They even helped cancel my last insurance. The process was super easy, their website is very user friendly and they save you a lot of time by having all the information looked up and emailed to you. I would highly recommend it to everyone. It is free and definitely worth your time.

After seeing a commercial, I was leery but decided I didn’t have anything to lose by checking out the Gabi website. It is very user friendly. I’m still shocked and extremely glad I took the few minutes to plug in my info. They were able to find me the same/slightly better coverage for auto/home saving me $1800. Definitely recommend the service. An agent was available by text message which is convenient. Everything associated with Gabi is straight forward. It’s the smoothest transition I’ve ever encountered when changing providers. You truly have nothing to lose by trying it.
