Doesnt stick up for the clients. I worked in insurance for 5 years and they still found a way to lie to me multiple times about what would be covered (i confirmed what the coverage was for both pre and post loss) then when a claim came, the agent, Jenny, took the side of the carrier who frivalously denied the claim and the manager Joe, was extremely dismissive. Absolute snakes.
