Watch out these people are sheisty!
I emailed them the very next day that I started my policy stating I do not want to be a part of this program. The lady said okay. Thank you and then proceeded to call me and told me that they need to transfer me over to customer service. I got transferred and hung up on. I called back today 3 weeks later because a pending transaction's coming out of my account for their program which I do not want to be a part of. Now every time I call I get transferred and it hangs up on me.

The overall program was definitely not worth it. At the start, they explain the program well but don't go over their fees. It seems like an awesome way to fix your debt until you realize they charge you 89 dollars for ever debt they "settle" which is simply them making payment arrangements for a slightly lower amount than what you owe. They also charge 10 for your monthly account which holds your money. If you can, take what you would have put towards their monthly payment and call and settle a debt yourself. While I understand they probably have a breakdown of fees in their lengthy contract it is not explained well at all leaving those fees somewhat hidden to try and gain clients.

No gimmicks. Totally legit. A very professional team where all the steps to be free from debts in a legal way is achieved step by step with their guidance and experience. I made the decision to leave my previous employer of 17+ years and take a chance with Freedom. I have been with this company now since August 2017 and Freedom is by far the best company in which I have had the opportunity to work. I have never regretted joining this team! They show regularly how much they care for and value their employees and customers. Freedom not only has well stated CORE values but they live them and teach them to all employees. We have been one of the best places to work for the past 3 years and it is for good reason. Freedom truly is one of the BEST PLACES TO WORK.

The 1st point of contact you get is people who cannot even read a tax return. Scary you send over these people your bank statements as well as tax info. I can assure you I am watching my accounts for fraud. The "reps" who are the only ones you can get I'm touch with are rude, unskilled, and belligerent. REFUSE to transfer you to an actual lender or supervisor. When you Challenge them or demand to speak to someone with a higher skillset or role they hang up on you. You work for a customer service position. Realize your position is not that of authority or real value or skill, you are basically a gate keeper.
RUN FROM THEM AND KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AFTER YOU SEND TO THEM. NOT A GREAT 1ST IMPRESSION. WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH FREEDOM FINANCIAL.
