Only giving one star since 0 is not an option. Came to file taxes here for a couple years and service was avarage. Two years later I received a letter from the IRS stating my filing was not not accurate and therefore being penalized owing the IRS over $700!! I was in shock that such a known and supposedly qualified tax preparer in the area by the name of Sandra would make such a foolish mistake like this. When coming into the office to ask about what happend I spoke to the business owners son Chris and I simply was told that it was a mistake and that I had to pay a penalty, as if I couldn't read that on my own! No apologies no explanation simply ridiculous!! Why should I have to pay for a mistake that they did in the first place, avoid this mediocre business and go to a real qualified tax preparer. Do not file here and avoid the hassle and any surprises from the IRS!!

Worst place to do your taxes!! They are so unprofessional and never want to help when they do a mistake on your taxes. They miscalculated on our taxes and we had to pay a fine to the IRS for their mistake! They have no idea what they’re doing and don’t even try to help. This place is simply a money hungry business!!! You pay a lot for bad service!!
