Francine is a lovely person. She has a family business. She works out of her home office and offer’s bookkeeping services by her sister in law as well. She sends out a tax planner every year. I had her so my tax return one year. I was disappointed that she was unable to provide advice on tax planning for the coming year, and I was disappointed that she was unable to maintain her calendar well enough to keep two scheduled appointments during the next tax season. I ended up doing my own return that year. My father was a CPA and we had a fantastic CPA for over thirty years so was accustomed to working with a more savvy advisor.
