I have rented from them twice, and both times I have had a fantastic experience. The woman who handles most of it all (Denise) is extremely kind and helpful. I have never had anything break and them not fix it immediately. The two properties I rented were extremely clean and well maintained. I have nothing negative to say about them!

Do not get them confused with Ford Property Management! I have rented from Ford Investments for over 4 years. They have always assisted me in ANY request I have given them. I have referred many other tenants to them. They are fair, reasonable and very willing to help anyone! If I needed something repaired, they were there either that day or the next. Denise is such a wonderful lady and Mr. Ford is great also!
