Absolutely horrible to deal with. I’m set up to be paid by direct deposit from my job which usually reflects in my account around 12:00am on Fridays. But due to a system update they pushed through on a Friday, I have yet to receive my paycheck. When speaking with someone from multiple branches, I was offered no solution as to where the money is or when I will for sure have access to it in my account.

It’s annoying that this location is where you have to speak to someone about your banking account yet they refuse to answer the phone. Any day, any hour, anyway you call, they don’t answer. Bank somewhere else, best choice I made.

When I first opened an account here, it was a disaster. My name was misspelled on everything (checks, card, online banking). Took forever to fix. Never got my online banking log-in fixed. Turns out, that would be a major problem in the future. My account here was a secondary account, really only used to cash checks or to deposit cash when I couldn’t get back home to my primary bank. Well, my account went dormant. The notice was sent to an old address. Didn’t get a single email. And I can’t log into my online banking. So, I had no idea. They charged me for dormancy until they drained my account and closed it. Lovely. Super pleased.

Been a customer for 15+ years the customer service and reliability has slowly decreased over the years. They have horrible customer service, unprofessional staff they are unreliable for the simplest tasks . They misplaced paperwork that needed to be signed and refused to reprint. DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK, they do not have your best interest in mind. I will be closing all accounts and going to a better bank.

This bank is a joke. I have banked here for close to a year and I've been locked out of my account more times than I can count. Once this happens I also cannot get into my account on the website nor can I do a forgot password, even though the password is not the issue, because their system seemingly can't validate my identity.
Then when this happens, no one can help unless a personal banker is there. I've never had this many issues win this amount of time with a bank. I will be closing my account, please save yourself and bank elsewhere.

I may be biased but Nikki P is awesome and they are a great bank! I would recommend anyone. They also function as a WHOLE team and they take care of each other when they need to! That is priceless!!
