I cannot say enough good things about Kim at First savings!!!
She answered the phone when I called which seems rare these days. She is prompt to reply by phone, email and even in person when I stopped by the most welcoming, friendly office in Lake Havasu. Kim is very knowledgeable in all things banking and she educated me on the differences between the product options offered, and what would be most beneficial to my current needs. Kim was not pushy or trying to oversell me in any way. Kim listened, was patient and took time with all the questions I had.

First Savings Bank stepped up when I needed them after my business was mandated to shut down due to Covid. When my big bank that I've been a customer with for nearly 2 decades failed to assist me during the trying times, I looked to a smaller, more local bank. Vicki Sayre and Valerie Carey were professional, timely, and obviously care about members of their community. I felt right at home and confident working with them. I highly recommend opening up an account with them- I felt important doing business with them; Unlike my experience with my big bank that pushed me to the bottom of the list and took care of million dollar companies first. All I can say is that I'm glad and thankful that First Savings Bank was their for me when I needed them. I'll be a costumer of their's for life now.

First Savings Bank has the best rate for savings at a local bank in Lake Havasu City with .3 on a money market account at this time. We wanted a local bank rather than an online bank. The phone is answered immediately and staff is helpful. We had no wait as a walk in although they also offer appointments. Tim helped us sort through what the best type of account was to meet our needs at this time. He was personable and very helpful . He is very knowledgable both about this bank and products available. Teri Jameson and the staff at First Savings Bank helped my companies navigate through the initial confusion of the Paycheck Protection Program at the beginning of the Covid pandemic. When most other banks were lost and overwhelmed, Teri and her staff were working tirelessly to accommodate their customers. She actually called me on a Sunday morning to tell me that they had successfully processed our loan packages. I ended up referring several people to Teri and I can't tell you how pleased everyone is. This is a First Class Bank and I've already moved two of my accounts over to them.

I have had the opportunity to work with Teri and Jaely at First Savings Bank multiple times over the past couple of years in multiple capacities with several mutual clients. Each time I have been impressed with the level of professionalism and care they demonstrate for all of their clients. Teri Jameson is a well organized individual with exemplary communication skills. Submitting my company information for the payroll protection program was guided, logical, and timely. As well, the opportunity to file for forgiveness was faster than other financial institutions. I had to work with other banks for different companies I oversee and they as of yet haven’t accepted forgiveness filings. Thank you Teri, and thank you First Savings.
