I have the Highest Regards and admirations for Kam Zarnegar.. My wife and I found a dream condominium that we needed to buy immediately in order not to lose it to someone else. 3 Major Banks turned us down for the loan that we wanted. Mind you, we had excellent credit rating above 800 and plenty of assets to show. However, for one reason or another most likely lack of enough Income we were turned down.
My broker referred me to Mr Kam Zarnegar and told me that he would come through and he could do it pretty fast.
My broker was correct and I met Mr Zarnegar and realized how knowledgeable, professional, and experienced in navigating through processing loans in a way that we got approval within a short few days.
I can't praise him enough for his ability and savi-ness to get things done.
