The Beanch Manager froze my brothers account and returned his social security check to social Security, because he heard a rumor that my brother was deceased, instead of doing further research, he would’ve saw that my brother one account was closed and there were numbers cross referencing to another opened account because I became his guardian as he was incapacitated at that time..
Because of the branch manager, Steves neglect into doing proper research and sending back check to Social Security that caused a huge issue for my brother who is in a nursing home and depends on these checks to get by.. as my brother’s guardian, I spent several hours on the phone with Social Security and three hours in the Social Security office, trying to get this rectified and have his check sent to his new account, which is that the same bank..
Steve should do more research instead of listen to rumors.

Should be open on Saturday for a half a day like other banks people work Monday thru Friday like me have off on Saturdays I could conduct all my buisness then. So disappointed. Then when you order a debit card they forget to do it. Then it takes to long to come in . Not happy customer thinking of Look in for another bank!!! Soon.
