I've been banking with first community credit union for about 13 years now and have NEVER had ANY issues with anything or anyone. Everyone is really nice polite and helpful. It's also really cool that they are open 7 days a week. I would recommend this bank to anyone. 👍

I agree with others - really like the credit union; but wish I could call my branch directly, instead of going through the call center. This sometimes causes long delays.

Ridiculous that you can not find the phone number for the local branch. All calls are routed to a central location and at any given time there is more than an hour wait to be helped. After 30 minutes of being on hold and finally becoming the 11th caller in line I gave up. Taking my business elsewhere.
