The employees I have encountered have all been fantastic to deal with. But I have had nothing but problems with online banking and the mobile app from First Community. I was looking for a more “local” business banking situation and thought First Community may be the answer. Nope. Pain in the butt…particularly the website and app. I’ve had a handful of relatively minor issues…but enough that it has been inconvenient and I just can’t use the account as my primary business account like I had hoped.

I worked with a Johnny H over the phone and he has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced at ANY bank. This young man deserves a raise or promotion. Those type of skills should be recognized!!! They definitely stood out to me.

Friendly staff. There is usually a wait to be served, but sometimes you can get in quickly. Usually in and out in 10-15 minutes, sometimes there is a crowd and it takes a little longer to get to the teller window.

A lady named Kristen Goings assisted us today, and not in a good way. She was extremely rude to us and so unprofessional. We will most definitely be moving our business to Citizens, after banking with First Community for over 10 years.

Every first community bank I've been in EXCEPT the one in Harrison in batesville have been very kind and eager to help me solve any problems. I hardly ever get connected to someone with a good or helpful attitude on Harrison.

Both me and my husband use this bank but after yesterday we are highly considering switching. Is it too much trouble to lower your flags for 9/11? Not only did this location not bother to honor those who lost their lives on this tragic day but Searcy locations didn't either. Do better please.
