Incorrect balance was posted on the account and been reported to the credit bureau for not making the payment and impacted my credit score badly. They don't even share the details of the creditor (hospital) in my case that submitted the bill.

Paid an account of $500 with them, and they outright refused to send me receipt of payment. They lied to me for weeks before a supervisor admitted she had no intention of sending me a paid in full letter. Do not expect any communication from them.

They dont call. They text. Multiple times weekly looking for my location. You ha e my freaking number! You cant find an address to mail to?
I dont respond to fake emails. They have done the same to family wanting to locate me. They all block the number.
They even did this to my sons exwife for over 6 years! And worse, have been contacting her childs health specialists looking for my location. She lives in Virginia and Im in midwest!
These guys are animals and scam artists and until I receive a letter in writing so I can dispute it, they learn nothing about me

After waiting 30 minutes and several phone calls I can say what a waste of time. My first phone call I was told I was under contract with frontier communications. I asked to see a copy of contract. They were gonna mail. Second phone call after 20 minutes was disconnected 3 rd phone call asked for supervisor. Sorry there are no supervisors in building. Really. Am I that stupid? Who locks up the building? 4 th phone call and 30 minutes later finally talk to a Roberta who says she’s a supervisor. They are under no obligation to show me contracts. How would you like to pay? Really. Do I look that stupid

The break the law and are frauds. Reported to my credit a $190.00 bill and NEVER ONCE contacted me. Per law, effective November 30, 2021, an amendment to Regulation F, which implements the FDCPA, says that a debt collector can't report a debt to the three major credit reporting agencies, Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion, before first contacting the consumer.

This company never contacted me, spoke to me directly, sent me a letter in the mail, NOTHING. They even reported the credit to the WRONG NAME and will not do a pay-to-delete. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General of Arkansas AND A COMPLAINT WITH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION.

FRAUDS. They are a scam company that “collects” for fraudulent companies. They have no idea what they’re even trying to “collect”. They harass with nonstop calls and letters. You answer the phone? They hang up. You decline the call. Nothing. The letters they’re sending aren’t even for companies we’re affiliated with saying we need to pay $500 immediately or interest will accrue. Accrue for what? What interest? What debt? This is harassment and a scam. This business needs to be shut down immediately. Unbelievable.

I received a bill that I owe electric company 377.00, but I called the company directly and said they don’t sent customers to collections unless I close the account without paying the final balance. My account is active and current. This is SCAM DO NOT pay any bills that you get from this company.

I recieved a call from "FAIRSCLLCTNSVCS" saying they were "First Collection Services" trying to get me to pay a "final bill from Center Point Energy". I told them I had already paid, and they said I hadn't. I told them I'd call back, and proceeded to call Center Point, who said my account had in fact NOT been sent to collections. When I called "FAIRSCLLCTNSVCS" or "First Collection Services" back they said they'd look into my account if I gave them my social security number and birthdate. I told them it felt like they were trying to scam me and that I was going to report them to the Attorney General. They hung up on me after that. BE CAUTIOUS ABOUT THIS COMPANY--SEEMS LIKE SCAMMERS!
