First Call Septic was nothing short of amazing. Chris came out on a hot Saturday and had our two small tanks pumped in about an hour. He was very pleasant, friendly and a joy to work with. DeeDee in the office was also very helpful and went the extra mile to get us an appointment for just a few days out. We will definitely recommend First Call Septic to anyone needing any septic service and will be using First Call Septic for all of our future septic needs!!

Already loved them when I could schedule online!
They sent a reminder for septic inspection which was really nice, as we haven't been on septic previously and are learning as we go. We got text reminders and communications prior to the appointment and the price was reasonable for just the inspection without needing to pump. They have some discounts for repeat customers too. I recommend them!

The technician arrived on time, did a thorough inspection, provided a excellent septic process and sent me pictures of the before and after. He also had a replacement lid for one of our tanks on hand.
Discussed any issues found, and thoughts regarding usage/timing for the next serviced based on our current situation.

Ronnie helped us today. he we very thorough and detail orientated. He did such a lovely job and left everything so tidy. He emailed photos of his day including his wife coming out with a truck to help get everything fixed all in one day! We have had ongoing issues with our pump but I think we are just finding out it’s age and everything is just needing updated. Would 100% call and request Ronnie to come back for future septic issues and inspections. Dealing with this stuff is just the worst and he was super nice to chat with! He also did a little youtube video going over his work today as we weren’t home for our appointment today - I sent it to some of my friends haha.

First Call Septic is awesome. Our plumber recommended them yesterday as our tank desperately needed to be pumped. I explained my situation and they were able to come out within 2 hours. The technician, Jim Sedivy, was fantastic. I bombarded him with questions as I had no experience with septic systems. He worked very hard for 3 hours and cleaned our difficult tank. Thanks Guys.

I just had our tanks pumped by First Call Septic. They were a delight to work with—and they made our situation (of the tank being super full) much more delightful, if you know what I mean. At first the toilets did not want to flush even after the pumping so the tech used his hose to flush everything out—and now it seems to be working fine. They have a plumber who is standing by in case something comes up and we need a snake or whatever magic he can pull out of his hat—or out of my toilet. 🤢
They will be my “first call” next time I have issues, and I recommend that they be your first call as well.

First Call, should have been our first call. We purchased a newly built home in 2019 and had been fighting with the company that installed our original septic system, as we always had a strong odor outside of our house.

First call was the 3rd company we contacted, but the first that was able to clearly explain the issues and offer an affordable solution. We were very impressed with them, and they will be the only company we use moving forward. HIGHLY recommend them.
