I've been to the drive thru teller twice in the past 2 months. Whoever the male teller is, is very unprofessional. No greeting whatsoever before and after making my transactions both times.

Great! Absolutely Wonderful! I was able to refinance my vehicle for 66% less than the Dealership. Danielle Ferguson was Absolutely the most knowledgeable finance manage @ FACU! We got the promotion as well ^.^ Thank you to all the good folks @ FACU ^o^

They closed down then they reopened again due to popular demand. But I wish they stayed @ the Window Rock location. If your lookin for a simple place to hold your money & handle your financial business..this is the place to go other than Wells Fargo who seem to take people's business for granted.

They're super quick, which is awesome. You can't help but feel they want you in and out. Get your money and get out. LoL. I've gotten a loan before from there and it was a good experience. It was there when I needed it. They gave me a loan after only being a member for a few months, whereas the bank I was a member for several years wouldn't give me a loan. Greatly appreciated!!

At this particular location in San Benito New Mexico they're a bunch of rude people that work at this Bank location they're very racist attitude I appreciate that all different race of nationalities stay away from this Bank location.
