Casey and his team are always punctual, friendly and professional. We have used them many times for taking down a tree near our cabin, or clearing slash and brush around our HOA. They always do a great job! I highly recommend him.

Casey and team provided us with fire mitigation services and we appreciate it very much! I have used Fire Shield for several tree clearing jobs at my property in Westcliffe. Casey and his team always do an amazing job. Whether it is delicately felling a difficult tree near a structure or cleaning up dog hair and brush. He is very knowledgeable and will help you determine what is best for your property. I also feel he prices his services fairly. And he shows up when he says he is going to! Highly recommend.

I've been working with Casey Christensen and Fire Shield LLC for several years, and Casey and his crew recently performed some fairly major mitigation work at my home in Wetmore. They knew precisely what to do, and performed the task professionally, on time and on budget. And they make a point of cleaning up afterwards. Casey has years of experience working in the Custer/Fremont County region and I've received numerous comments on the work they performed. Casey worked on our property in Nathrop and did a fantastic job. He is very knowledgeable, and helped us reduce fire danger and free up resources for valuable trees on our property. He did all of this while we were working on the front range, and was excellent with communication. We will ask for his services again when we go to clear a building space for our eventual house.

Casey and his crew did a fantastic job of clearing our property of dead trees and piles of branches in Rye! He was very knowledgeable of the types of trees and gave recommendations on which trees to keep and which ones to take down to help keep the forest on our property healthy and happy. We weren’t able to be there when they were working so Casey sent pictures each day to show their progress. I highly recommend this company!

I am a new comer to the area and needed some advice/help in taking a large juniper down from my ranch. I called Casey and he was amazing! He called me back several times, as we played telephone tag....then he texted me. Got my address, came out an took er’ down. Also advised that he found bark beetles, and that we should protect other trees on our property. Awesome service and a very satisfied customer here!
