I have been insured by Ferrell Insurance for at least 10 years and the service I receive is always awesome!!! I know that every year they look into many companies to get me the best rate. I was searching for good but cheap insurance for my vehicle and came across Ferrell Insurance on 95th in Oak Lawn. I spoke with Jennifer and she and her manager Rick were attentive and very helpful. I've been using ferrel insurance since I began to drive....also used for my business insurance. Rick goes out of his way to make sure he gets exactly what you need without forcing you to pay for extras if you don't want them. Never had an issue in 20 years!!! When I married my wife 5 years ago, we stuck with her historical insurance agent in Ferrell. I am very glad we have had Ferrell as a representative... their service is stellar. the folks that answer the phones there are usually the only person you need to talk to since they are able to help you at the drop of a hat; you don't need to be forwarded to another representative or jump through hoops. I am in the insurance industry, and this group's service is as strong as any out there

Called to add SR22 insurance for the year and “Rick” had to be rude af and say he can’t offer me a 6 month policy cause I cancelled or lapsed twice because the state wouldn’t reactivate my license so I stopped paying for it like anyone else would do. I’m not mad about having to pay the whole year I totally understand where he was coming from but it was the way he spoke to me and what he said on the phone. Could of just said because of the lapse in insurance we can’t and left it at that instead he’d rather belittle his customers. Oh well, called National Insurance Group in Worth and got the whole year for $95. Definitely cheaper than his quote and way more polite! Probably should take your business there! Deserves 0 stars.
