His knowledge about insurance products and how to navigate the CA Fair Plan process is unparalleled. Tom is a masterful communicator with great ability to clearly explain and educate clients about insurance options. I have now referred dozens of clients and contacts to him and every single one has been very satisfied. He is a hard worker and I never have to chase him to get evidence of insurance back in a timely manner. I recommend him 100%!

Never have I been so disappointed in a business. Once I was signed up (all the work was done by Travis’s assistant 2 1/2 years ago, it’s like he couldn’t be bothered. In the 2 1/2 years as a client I have never been able to have a conversation with him directly. Once I was married it took forever to get my name updated on my policy. When this year my insurance went up by almost $900 I couldn’t speak to him at all and had to do the leg work myself to try to figure out how to save $ without screwing myself on my policy. The final straw was today when I got an invoice with my name for a property I do not own or have any affiliation with advising that I owed $2400 still when I just paid my property premium in March. Travis has no customer service skills. You would think as your broker (since he works for you the customer) he would take a call or answer an email to try and keep your business or figure out ways to help you but nope, can’t be bothered. Would not recommend Travis Witt as a broker to anyone.
