Sheldon has been an ineffective Farmers agent. After my accident, he provided no assistance and directed me to the 800 numbers. He failed to properly close my account, resulting in a $600 charge he couldn’t resolve. Despite multiple cancellation requests, Sheldon never processed them and pushed the responsibility onto me before stopping all communication. While Farmers’ coverage was fine, I advise avoiding Sheldon due to his lack of integrity and responsibility.
