Tried to call this office to help assist one of our clients with an issue. Upon introducing myself, their front desk lady, who we believe to be named Renee, proceeded to interrupt me and tell me that she had just spoken to my front staff - which she had but I let her know I was following up. My front desk staff had called to obtain claim information just moments prior and was met with rudeness and an unresolved request. I asked her why she had not provided the information that my front desk assistant had asked for and she replied "I already explained this to____" I proceeded to tell her that I was aware of her conversation with our front staff but the excuse provided was not sufficient and was actually an opening for a bad faith claim against this insurance office. As I oversee operations, I was trying to resolve the issue in a polite matter but she proceeded to start interrupting my sentences. I will not go into detail over our short 2 minute call full of attitude, but overall the front desk staff was INCREDIBLY rude and unprofessional. As I proceeded to tell her that there was no need to be rude to me, she proceeded to hang up the phone. Repeat attempts to call the office led to her ignoring my supervisor and I's calls. I left a voicemail and sent her boss an email in regards to this issue...however I highly recommend finding another insurance office to get your insurance through as they have an incredibly rude staff. I hope management fixes the problem, it is unfortunate and terrible customer service for the Glendora community.
