I was shopping around the last couple days for homeowners insurance and auto insurance. I know I could get a better rate and my current provider told me that they wouldn’t be able to cover the home any longer due to my circumstances. I got a text message and a phone call And email in regard to Michael Martinez Farmers insurance group and I decided after work today to give them a call I spoke to a gentleman named Fabian and he was beyond excellent. He was friendly. He was nice to talk to. He explained things he understood and was calm through the process while I was trying to Navigate on getting homeowners insurance and my auto insurance transferred over to a new company because my current homeowners insurance was going to be canceled in August. It was quick and painless and easy to understand. Fabian was professional and very knowledgeable and thorough. Fabian was very clear on the policies and how it all worked. He was very transparent. There was no hidden fees. There is no surprises And he was more than fair. I did not feel like I was talking to a salesman because he wasn’t you can tell that Fabian cared and wanted to make sure me and my family were covered on everything. We also have a future date to talk about life insurance. I would take all your insurance needs homeowners auto life and anything else they honestly offer and bundle it and make it a one spot shop. I highly recommend Farmers insurance and using this agency and please ask for Fabian! He is beyond great and he went above and beyond we got it all done. He stayed on the phone with me for two hours just to make sure we could complete the policies if I could give more than five stars I would. We hung up and it left me Feeling confident and safe and happy with my decision to changing over all of my insurance to Farmers.
