Farmer's is a big corporation. Having a local representative and advocate is essential. Aaron at the office was absolutely the best. he went out of his way, even offering to come by to pick up needed paperwork at my home after I had surgery. He explained things well and guided me through the corporate and computer requirements to get my rate back down. He wins the office and the company stars. Boy, I wish more companies had Aarons working for them.

Anna took the call and in no time she bundled my home and auto insurance for two vehicles, provided a quote, then had the policies emailed over for signatures with coverage starting the next day. Could not rave about this agency more!!! Michael was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the best Insurance plan for me! They are quick and efficient. He was kind and patient with explaining everything. I will definitely be coming back and I plan to slowly transfer everything over to this agency! You will not be disappointed.
